Must be a seasoned magazine editor able to spearhead content for a new technology-related magazine aimed at state & local government.

Will relocate the right candidate.

What you will be doing:

? Work on a technology magazine and on other editorial projects
? Provide tech-rich stories detailing how systems / communications can help organizations succeed
? Find and develop sources as well as cover events
? Work with freelance writers

What you need to qualify:

? 3+ years of IT reporting and editing experience, sharp writing and editing skills
? Be a hands-on editor with a keen interest in information technology
? Proven ability to frame stories for niche publications
? Experience working with freelance writers
? A clear understanding of magazine production
? Find and develop sources as well as cover events
