Right now we're assembling a team of some of the best talent in the interactive and beauty fields. If you are a major talent in these worlds, we want to hear from you -- whether for this or another role on our team.

Online Senior Editor will pitch, assign, edit and write content to meet daily deadlines. Content will include beauty instructional text, product reviews, quizzes, games, galleries, newsletters and community elements. This will be a fast-paced, hands-on position with daily deadlines -- and a chance to have a true creative impact.

Must-have skills for TotalBeauty.com Senior Editor:

- 3+ years' on-staff experience overseeing content for a high-traffic content Web site *OR* beauty magazine/site/blog

- Extensive professional writing clips

- Top editing experience

- Knowledge of beauty products, makeup

Skills that would be ideal:

- Experience using HTML, content management systems, metrics

- Internet start-up vet

- Management, freelance commissioning, and copy editing experience

- Community site building
